Manaal Group Electronics is a registered business in Kenya, operating from Skymall Building, 3rd Floor, Shop No. 502, Gabarone Line, Nairobi CBD. We sell electronics and home appliances to retail customers across Kenya, both in-store and online through our website at www.manaalgroupelectronics.co.ke.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our physical store, you confirm that:

Manaal Group Electronics reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
3.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in appearance may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3.4 Brands
Products available in our store include items from brands such as Hisense, Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Skyworth, Vision Plus, JBL, Von, Nobel, Vitron, and Mika, among others. All products are sourced through established local distributors and wholesale channels in Kenya. Manaal Group Electronics is a retailer and is not an officially appointed agent or authorised dealer of any of these brands unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online via our website, by calling or WhatsApp-ing us on 0722 229877, or by visiting our physical store. An order is confirmed only after we contact you to verify and accept the order.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa Paybill: Paybill No. 247247, Account No. 0940186641749 (Mohamud Ahmed Hassan)
- Cash on delivery — for Nairobi orders delivered by our in-house team
- Cash at our physical store in Nairobi CBD
We do not accept payment through personal M-Pesa numbers or third-party accounts. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Manaal Group Electronics with different payment details, do not pay — contact us immediately on 0722 229877.
4.3 Full Payment Required
All purchases require full payment. We do not offer credit, installments, or buy-now-pay-later arrangements. Payment must be completed before or upon delivery/collection of goods.
4.4 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately on 0722 229877.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Nairobi Delivery
Orders within Nairobi are delivered by our in-house delivery team. Delivery is typically completed within same day after order confirmation. Payment is made upon delivery — cash or M-Pesa Paybill.
5.2 Countrywide Delivery
Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via G4S courier services. The process is as follows:
- We confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch.
- We drop your item at G4S offices, where it is weighed and a delivery fee is calculated based on weight and destination.
- G4S will contact you with the applicable delivery fee. You pay G4S directly before the item is dispatched.
- You will receive an SMS notification when your item arrives at your nearest G4S branch.
- Upon collection, you pay for the product to Manaal Group Electronics via M-Pesa Paybill.
5.3 Delivery Timeframes
- Nairobi: same day
- Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret: next business day
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
5.4 Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are advised to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Key conditions are summarised below:
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, wrongly delivered, unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase.
- Exchanges are only permitted for defective or incorrectly delivered items, subject to stock availability.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2–7 business days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative (M-Pesa or bank transfer).
7. Warranty
7.1 Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Manaal Group Electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms and conditions vary by brand and product. Customers are advised to retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
7.2 No Additional Warranty
Manaal Group Electronics does not offer any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
7.3 Warranty Claims

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Manaal Group Electronics website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Manaal Group Electronics or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.
Brand names, trademarks, and logos of third-party manufacturers featured on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website is for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Manaal Group Electronics shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.
- Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
- Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, including G4S.
- Product defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

We collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your delivery (e.g., G4S courier).

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any transaction with Manaal Group Electronics shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

Manaal Group Electronics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
